urpro.me is a software-as-a-service ("SaaS") platform that enables service professionals and businesses to create public profile pages, share links, promote services, and manage their online presence.

3. Your Account

• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Providing accurate and current account information.
• Keeping your email address up to date.

You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently or unlawfully.

4. Usernames

Usernames are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

You may not register usernames that:

• Are offensive, misleading, or deceptive.
• Are reserved by urpro.me for operational or branding purposes.

We reserve the right to reclaim or change usernames where reasonably necessary.

The Service is currently offered free of charge.

Additional billing terms will apply to paid plans.

We reserve the right to change pricing upon reasonable notice.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, code, branding, graphics, layout, design, trademarks, databases, and other intellectual property belongs to urpro.me Inc. or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of the Service or its intellectual property.

Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

You may delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

18. Dispute Resolution

Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally.

Unresolved disputes will be submitted to confidential binding arbitration in Nova Scotia, Canada, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Both parties waive participation in class actions where permitted by law.

19. International Users

The Service is operated from Canada but may be accessed worldwide. You are responsible for complying with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
